Our team

M/s. Ramesh Ashwin & Karanth, a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Bangalore, India, was set up in 2004 to serve clients, primarily in the field of accounts, audit and taxation. We have our branch offices located at Hassan and Mandya, Karnataka.

B.N Ramesh was born in 1946. He did his Commerce Graduation from Mangalore University. He became an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1973 .He has been practicing in his individual capacity under the firm name M/s B.N Ramesh & co since 1991 in the city of Hassan, Karnataka, India. He is currently handling audits of Private Sector Companies, Income Tax Consultancy & Representations.

ASHWIN B.R

B.Com, FCA

Ashwin B.R was born in 1979. He did his Commerce Graduation from Mangalore University. He became an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004 .He handles Corporate Law, Income Tax, Goods & Service Tax, Bank audits, Accounting & Internal audits.

PRASHANTH KARANTH

B.Com, FCA

Prashanth Karanth was born in 1979. He did his Commerce Graduation from Karnataka State Open University. He became an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004. He has secured 37th rank in All India CA Foundation Examination and 20th rank in All India CA Intermediate Examination conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He handles Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, Bank audits, Feasibility Reports, Business Valuations, Accounting & Internal audits. He is also a Registered Valuer for Securities And Financial assets under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

Siddesh Gaddi

B.Com, ACA

Siddesh Gaddi was born in 1991. He did his Commerce Graduation from Karnataka State Open University. He became an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2015. He is practicing in the field of Direct Taxes; he is mainly into tax litigation practice and has represented clients at various levels. His focus area includes transfer pricing and international taxation matters. He has co-authored articles on contentious issues in transfer pricing matters. He is a regular visiting faculty at ICAI (CA Institute) and a speaker at CA study circles and has addressed over 5000 CA Students and over 800 CAs. He is also a regular visiting faculty at ICSI (CS Institute) and other institutions.

Ajaya Kumara M N

Ajaya Kumara M N was born in 1992. He did his Commerce Graduation from Mysore University. He became an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2019. He handles Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, Bank audits, Feasibility Reports, Accounting & Internal audits etc.

GOPI S

B.com, ACA, DISA (ICAI)

Gopi S was born in 1995. He did his Commerce Graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He became an associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2019. He handles Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, Bank audits, Feasibility Reports, Accounting & Internal audits etc. He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
